How to store on the server only incoming and outgoing messages, using Sendmail and Outlook ?

Hello,
I have a mail server, sendmail V8.12 reening AIX 4.3.1. I use Outllok 97

or Outlook Express as client.
I which to :
- read incoming messages from the server without any storage of these
messages on the client (Outlook).
- send messages from the client without any storage of these outgoing
messages on the client.
- in fact it is mandatory that either incoming or outgoing messages are
stored on the server and not on the clients.
How to do that ?
