Special Offer for the upcoming July and August

Dear colleagues,

This is Beijing Cultural Relics International Travel Service Co., Ltd. in China. We are writing to you to give you our special offer for this July and August.

First of all, thank you for your support and cooperation with us in 2002. During the first half year of 2003, we automatically suspended our business realationships due to the SARS problem in China. But on June 24th, Beijing was removed from the list of no-tour and SARS-affected areas as the last city of China, which means the tourist industry in China is coming back. So we'd like to restart our cooperation from this moment by giving you our special offer in the upcoming July and August.

This July and August are very good time for you to organize tourist groups coming to China, as we can give you very low rates for both hotel and domestic air ticket. In most cities of China, we can get much lower rates than the same time of last year.

Just take the following itinerary as an example:

Beijing/Xi'an/Shangahi  8N9D

Quotation of last July and August:US$688/p for a group above 10 pax
Quotation of this July and August:US$588/p for a group above 10 pax

The prices include:
FOC for your tour leader;
3* hotel accommodations (on twin sharing basis);
All meals;
All transportation and transfers within China;
Air tickets from Beijing to Xi'an and from Xi'an to Shanghai with airport construction fees (50Ł¤/p/flight)Łť
All entrance fees;
Well-trained English speaking tour guide.

The itinerary is as follows:

Day 1 Beijing
Airport pickup upon arrival. Transfer to your hotel. Remainder of the day at leisure. Overnight in Beijing.

Day 2 Beijing(B-breakfast L-lunch D-dinner)
After breakfast, full day visit to the Great Wall and the Ming Tombs along the Sacred Way. With lunch and dinner. Overnight in Beijing.

Day 3 Beijing (B L D)
After breakfast, full day visit to the Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven and Summer Palace. Acrovatic Show in the evening. With lunch and dinner. Overnight in Beijing.

Day 4 Beijing/Xi'an (B L D)
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for the flight for Xi'an. Arrive at Xi'an around 11:00am. Transfer to your hotel. Lunch. Afternoon tour to the Old City Wall and the Shaanxi Provincial Musuem. Dinner. Overnight in Xi'an.

Day 5 Xi'an (B L D)
After breakfast, full day tour to the Big Goose Pagoda, the Huaqing Hot Spring and the Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses Musuem. With lunch and dinner. Overnight in Xi'an.

Day 6 Xi'an/Shanghai (B D)
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for the flight (FM203 11:30am-1:30pm)for Beijing. Airport pickup upon arrival. Free shopping at Nanjing Road. Dinner. Evening cruise on the Huangpu River. Overnight in Shanghai.

Day 7 Shanghai(B L D)
After breakfast, full day tour to the Yu Garden,  Jade Buddha Temple,  the Bund, Shanghai Art Museum.  With lunch and  dinner.  Acrobatic Show in the evening.  Stay overnight in Shanghai.

Day 8 Shanghai/Suzhou(B L D)
After breakfast, transfer to  Suzhou by coach. There you will visit the Humble Administrator's Garden, the Master-of-Nets Garden and the silk factory.  With lunch and dinner. Transfer back to Shanghai. Overnight in Shanghai.

Day 9  Departure(B)
After breakfast, airport transfer for the flight home.
