[Fedora TeX Live] TeX Live-20101217 and some news

Hi all!

please update to the latest texlive-20101217 because of the
texmf-config directory typo (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=664062)

The news are that I put the Fedora 12 TeX Live 2010 to a maintenance
mode. It means that it won't be updated too often but I want to keep
it in a functional state. The reason is to save bandwith (i.e.
faster updates) because I needed to upload also ppc and ppc64 builds
for F12 which are no longer present in F13 and on.

TeX Live-20101217 now contains libicu-4.6 and several commits were
made in upstream in the kpathsea and pdftex sources. Also, rawhide
texlive is now linked against the new libpoppler.so.11.
