Reason: License is poorly written and incomplete:
Indeed, although it's pretty obvious the author just didn't want to
write out the GPL notice. Sigh.
I've removed it from TL. (Robin, I guess it should be switched to
other-nonfree.)
If someone would like to track down Sebastian Gross and ask him, that
would be nice.
