These messages above are strange as "yum install 'tex(ifthen.sty)'"
works for me.

The quickest solution would be to remove texlive 2007's
texlive-context, texlive-xetex and texlive-dvips. Then it went smooth
for me while trying to reproduce it.

I will try to address this in the next texlive 2010 repo update.
