[Fedora TeX Live] texlive 2012 and asymptote

Seems odd that the texlive-asymptote doesn't have the binaries... not
sure why that would be. I maintain asymptote, so we should kill off one
or the other. Doesn't matter to me which way it is done, although
asymptote does tend to aggressively update itself, so perhaps having it
separate from texlive makes more sense (unless there are other items in
texlive somehow dependent on the texlive shipped version).
