[Fedora TeX Live] Current license review status?

Then when will TeX packages in an actual Fedora release be updated
to match TeXLive 2012? It seems F18 will still have packages from
2007. According to http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Features/TeXLive, the
remaining "dependencies" are to "finish importing and building all the
packages" but there's no list of remaining issues.
