el6 is "tainted" in the same way as fc15 etc. are: noarch packages are
built and tagged for fc16, and only "binary" packages are rebuilt
specifically for the other release tags. (This is confusing, yes, but
saves space until texlive goes into fedora proper.)

Anyways, they are "meta-srpm"s in the sense that they are generated from
the tl tree, even the spec is generated from tl metadata.
