[Fedora TeX Live] f17 texlive repository broken?

I noticed this brief outage, too, but it only lasted for a few minutes in the 
afternoon (local time). The repository inconsistency started in the morning, and 
I could see the timestamps getting updated one package at a time. So it looks 
like there were two different problems going on yesterday, but the full outage 
was only for a short period of time.
