[Fedora TeX Live] package naming

What is the appropriate prefix for a package that depends on tex[live]
packages but is *not* included in TeXLive itself? Should it be
texlive-package or just tex-package, or just package? BTW, I note that
the Fedora Package Naming Guidelines say that TeX packages should *not*
be named after the TeX "environment" (TeX Live or teTeX) but instead
should carry the prefix "tex-". So all the texlive packages in the
TeXlive for Fedora repo are inappropriately named. Just thought you
might like to know :+)
