[Fedora TeX Live] Repo is updated to TeXLive 2012 final

Jindrich: It would seem that you've updated 2011 packages to their 2012
versions but haven't (yet?) added packages in TL 2012 that didn't exist
in TL 2011.

Also, if I recall, several packages were *removed* from TL for licensing
issues as a result of Tom Callaway's audit. What has happened to them?
