The command "repoquery --file \*ptmr7t\*" returns

texlive-texmf-fonts-0:2007-40.fc16.noarch
texlive-texmf-fonts-0:2007-38.fc16.noarch
texlive-times-1:svn21993-1.noarch

tex4ht makes LaTeX to html conversion, the others are old packages and I believe 
you need texlive-times or there is some configuration problem.
