[Fedora TeX Live] texlive-newtx should depend on texlive-boondox (in F18)

I think this may be a Fedora texlive (tl2rpm) deficiency.  The
dependency is present in ntxmia.vf; I'm not sure how else it's
supposed to be encoded.
