[Fedora TeX Live] Biber is missing

Argh, yes -- you're the second person to notice that. I should fix it.

In the mean time, you can get the F18 version of that module from
http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/mef/biber/fedora-18/x86_64/perl-File-Slurp-Unicode-0.7.1-1.fc18.noarch.rpm
and
install it manually ...
