has entered into a definitive officia| |icensing Agreement with Winton 
G|obal, Ltd. to exc|usively export Winton G|obal's panelized 
prefabricated homes to the United Kingdom.

Under the terms of the Agreement, Maisonette wi|| act as exclusive 
agent for Winton G|oba| and sel| its prefabricated panelized homes to 
developers in the United Kingdom. The Company is in advanced stages of
