Why is it that you don't feel as energetic as you did in your twenties anymore? Even if you're 40 years old and physically fit you still seem to have problems with sleep, memory, endurance, energy, etc.. The reason is actually more simple than you think. There are certain hormones that your body stops producing as you get older and there are ways to "trick" your body into producing them again.
