I've put a new version of 3c59x.c on
   cesdis.gsfc.nasa.gov:/pub/linux/driver/3c59x.c

This version fixes
     - the "Rx pacing" errata at 10mbps
     - the test_and_set_bit() incompatibility with 2.1.*
     - using the "full-duplex" setting from the EEPROM.

It does not fix:
     - automatic full-duplex detection with the 3c905
       You *must* specify  "options=15" on the module load line (or
       correctly set the EEPROM) if you are using full-duplex, or you will
       get horrible performance
     - recovery after cable disconnections.

Expect a 0.42 release to fix the latter problems Real Soon Now. 

I get about 11.5MB/sec using 'ttcp' with two 3c905 cards if I set
full-duplex correctly.  Otherwise I get 2-3MB/sec with a lot of errors
reported in /proc/net/dev.
