Pristup na apache-1.3.9

Z nejakeho banalniho duvodu mam odepreny pristup na www apache-1.3.9.

V errorlogu jsou asi takoveto zaznamy:

[error] [client 62.168.22.40] client denied by server configuration:
/home/httpd/html

,nebo po pridani souboru /home/httpd/html/.htaccess s obsahem:
<Directory /home/httpd/html>
  Order deny,allow
  Allow from all
</Directory>
nasledna chyba v errorlogu:

[client 62.168.22.40] /home/httpd/html/.htaccess: <Directory not allowed
here
