partition table fault

Hello,

as I accessed hard disc with cfdisk and fdisk before something is changed (first of all I need to keep a number of partitions on disc because I test from time to time linux distributions). Hard disc has some fault wich I can not correct. Fault appears that I can not access hard disc with cfdisk. If I start evms it tells me I am in trouble with hard disc as well:"Correct partitions on hdd and then we can continue with evms". Somethimes I can access win partion after a second reset (tried with grub and loadlin). If I disc with fdisk and check partitions fdisk tells me:

I look for a solution I do not need another hard disc (which i do not have) to switch data on in correct first hdd and switch data back. What I can do to correct my hard disc and maybe corrupted partition table.
