problém s apt-get

Mám debian 3.0 a instaloval jsem jak z prikazove radky, tak z webmina. coz 
jak jsem potom zjistil neni moc koser.
pise mi to tuhle hlasku. tohle je z webmina, ale cl pise samozrejme to 
same.
mate nekdo poneti, jak to zase opravit ?
