Lyx 1.0.2 v cestine (konfiguracni soubor)

Dole prikladam lyxrc (z adresare ~/.lyx), se kterym mi chodi v lyxu ceske
hlasky a ispell. Klavesnice je pouzita z X.  Pokud neprojde 8 bitu
konferencnim mailerem, tak si prosim dopiste do radky \escape_chars pismena
s hacky a carkami (mala i velka)...
