rhlinux7.0 installation

I just purchased and am trying to install Linux Redhat 7.0.  I've physically
installed it 4 times now.  The installation runs along fine.  When it says
it's time to reboot, it just reboots back to windows.  Am I doing something
stupid?

Should I have the boot floppy, or the operating system CD in, or something
like that?  The floppy says there's a lilo 0 failure when I boot from it.

I've partitioned 5 gig off my only hard drive for this system to run on.

AMD k6/2
300 mhz
64 meg ram

Linux is supposed to offer online support, but the generic help hasn't
answered my questions yet.
