Nebyl nalezen subjekt

Dobry den, 
potrebuji vytvorit databazi /etc/mail/mailertable ve formatu:
TCP,novel.domena.cz	doman.cz
Toto mam ulozeno jako mailertbale.txt a pmozi makemap hash 
mailertable.db<mailertable
Vytvorim databazi.
No a v sendmail.cf mam Kmailertable dbm /etc/mail/mailertable
a po spusteni sendmailu mi vypisuje hlasku:
readcf:map mailertable:class dbm not available.
Pokusil jsem se vytvorit i databzi pomoci dbm -d mailertable make 
mailertable.txt a porad stejna hlaska.
Nevyte nekdo prosim Vas jak se vytvori databaze mailertable a jak 
se zkonfiguruje v sendmail.cf
