Copy mail to another mail box but leave it in the user.

I think You have two possibilities:
1. procmailrc file, placed in Your boss home directory on the mail 
server, the 'man procmailex' is You friend :-)
2. if he is not an ordinary user, try to use the aliases file, placed in 
/etc or /etc/mail/ directory
