Well, it's a python package, and it needs TeX only when calling it, i.e.
when typesetting text. It does not "require" TeX at all in the sense of
an "rpm requires".

Also, it does not even need LaTeX to typeset text - it's perfectly fine
with plain TeX. In fact, the default mode for PyX's text module is plain
TeX, not LaTeX.

In any case, I'm happy as long as PyX doesn't pull in texlive-complete
or such. The correct way would be as suggested in the patch, though.
