[Fedora TeX Live] Broken siunitx package

Hello,

The currently provided siunitx package has a bug with sans-serif text that
makes it pretty much unusable [1].
Sans-serif is not the usual font, but it is the default in beamer, making
writing presentations a bit difficult.

Anyway, there should be an updated package on CTAN available. It would be
great if we could get an update.
