It doesn't work. The mtxrun --generate is ran in %posttrans after
every package is installed (and /usr/bin/mtxrun exists).
The resolvers.luacnfspec line in mtxrun is:
resolvers.luacnfspec =
'/usr/share/texlive/{,texmf-local/web2c,texmf/web2c};{selfautodir:,selfautoparent:};{selfautodir:,selfautoparent:}{/share,}/texm
f{-local,};{selfautodir:,selfautoparent:}{/share,}/texmf{-local,}/web2c'
but still:
$ context
mtxrun | unknown script 'context.lua' or 'mtx-context.lua'
