[Fedora TeX Live] Portuguese hyphenation pack empty.

Dear Mojca.
The problem is that I have both texlive-hyph-utf8 and texlive-hyphen-portuguese packages installed, but 
nevertheless latex is not loading any hyphenation pattern for european languages, only the default:
