[Fedora TeX Live] Quick-and-dirty package of biber (+ dependencies)

Hello all,

I did a quick look around and it didn't look like anyone had yet packaged
biber for Fedora. (This is the replacement for the "bibtex" binary that you
use if you want to use the full power of biblatex.) And from what I can
tell, the version that's now included in texlive is only a binary (because
of the large number of perl dependencies), so this couldn't be built as
part of the texlive monster SRPM.
- https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=584063

So I did a bit of hacking with cpanspec and created F17 (x86_64) packages
of biber and all of its perl dependencies that aren't yet in Fedora. The
files are all here:
I still had to create packages for 11 perl modules that aren't yet in
Fedora, but cpanspec made that pretty much automatic so it wasn't too bad.
I didn't bother creating the standalone binary, so this package in fact
depends on a lot of perl libraries.

I don't have any real interest in submitting all of these packages for
review, as I'm not really a perl hacker (and I got enough of dependency
packaging while getting the dependencies of jabref packaged), but if anyone
feels like running with the packages, feel free.

Hopefully I've not duplicated any effort, and this proves useful,

MEF
