[Fedora TeX Live] Still can't install texlive-kpathsea-lib-devel

Any suggestions?

        $ sudo yum install texlive-kpathsea-lib-devel

         You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
         You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
