[Fedora TeX Live] pdflatex doesn't work after upgrade

Maybe I'm missing something, but that didn't help. Comment 1 there
refers to the pdflatex section, which I'm not seeing. Uncommenting the
pdftex section didn't seem to do the job.
I suppose removing and reinstalling texlive-\* and tex-\* sill do it,
but that's kind of a pain, as I have a bunch of additional packages
beyond the default installed.
