uuencode malfunction

Skusam sa nad tym zamysliet a prichadzam k zaveru ze napriklad :

Nie kazdy vie po anglicky natolko aby mohol vsetkemu porozumiet
V mojej instalacii linuxu napriklad uuencode manual nie je
