        I would like to announce the "Remote File Distribution System",
rfiledist, as a GPL-license project.  If you're interested in
maintaining a unix (hopefully Linux) network and need to maintain
uniform configurations across several machines, this can help you. 
Ready and waiting for you to hack and make it into something more.


Current Features:
        - Synchronize filesystem contents across a network between a
server and various clients.
        - Execute pre- and post- installation scripts optionally during
package installation.
        - Allows for unattended, scheduled maintenence of remote systems.
        - Allows for unified environment to multiple users on various
workstations.
        - Allows for a single server to serve multiple architectures.
        - Capable of using RPM, tar, gz, etc., files for package or file
distribution.
