Squid 2.4 na RH 7.2: err.: 110 - Time out (ihned)

Zdarvim.

Co je chybne nastavene, kdyz Squid/2.4.STABLE6 vraci prohlizecum
na klientech pri otevirani jakehokoliv odkazu chybu:
(110) Connection timed out
a nebo zobrazi pouze maly zacatek stranky?
Obcas dokonce vrati (pri obnovovani stejneho odkazu):

While trying to retrieve the URL: [no URL]
The following error was encountered:
Read Timeout
The system returned: 
[No Error]
A Timeout occurred while waiting to read data from the network.
The network or server may be down or congested. Please retry your
request.

Na mem minulem serveru RH 6.2 k tomuto dochazelo v pripade, ze byl
zaplnen diskovy prostor, kam se ukladal obsah cache.
V tomto pripade je ale pro ukladani do cache mista dostatek:

Current Store Swap Size:       84 KB
Current Capacity       : 0% used, 100% free
