soft patenty

Problem je v tom, ze SW neni jako jine ("hmotne") oblasti prumyslu.

Pokud si doma na kolene udelam pro sebe nejake udelatko, vyzivajici patent,
pravdepodobne se mi nic nestane, protoze nejsem pradvepodobne schopen toho
udelat dost a ohrozit tak pozici drzitele patentu. Pokud si doma udelam SW,
vyuzivajici patent, v podstate jsem schopen ho distribuovat kazdemu, kdo si
o nej rekne, a to s minimalnimi naklady.

Proto je situace SW jina - a velmi podobna hudbe nebo filmum. Nevim, jak ji
resit, ale pokus aplikovat na to existujici system patentu urcite selze.
Budto to pohrbi dnesni formu SW vyvoje a nebo nebude mit adekvatni ucinek (a
pak to je penezovod pravnikum).
