cdrecord - hardware error?

pekny den,
        po upgrade na rh8.0 se mi objevil tento problem s vypalovanim.
cdrecord hlasi hardware error, ale zkusil jsem kvuli tomu rozjet windows a
tam to vypalovalo v poradku. navic pred tim jsem s uplne stejnym postupem
vypaloval na RH7.3 bez problemu. cist lze v poradku. scsi emulaci a s tim
spojene veci mam samozrejme rozchozene. zde jsou vypisy:

mate napad, kde je chyba? dekuji za pomoc.
